Who I Am

I’m Sarah, a coach who works with people who care deeply – about their work, their family, their community – and who are quietly carrying more than they admit. Many of my clients feel pulled in multiple directions, unsure how to make changes without letting someone down.

Before coaching, I spent years in roles where listening, reflection, and calm problem-solving were at the heart of the work. Coaching felt like a natural extension of that: offering space, questions, and support rather than quick answers.

How I See Coaching

I see coaching as a collaborative, respectful conversation – not a performance review and not a pep talk. My role is to help you:

  • slow down enough to hear your own thoughts more clearly,
  • name what matters to you underneath the noise,
  • notice patterns that keep repeating themselves,
  • and consider small, realistic steps you could experiment with.

What I Value

Some of the values that quietly guide this work:

  • Kindness: You are not a problem to fix. You’re a person with a story.
  • Honesty: We won’t pretend things are easy when they aren’t.
  • Boundaries: Your energy and time deserve protection.
  • Choice: You always remain in charge of what you share and what you want to work on.

Who This Is For

Clients I work with often say things like:

  • “I’m grateful, but exhausted.”
  • “I feel like I’m constantly behind.”
  • “I don’t hate my life, but something needs to shift.”

If you recognise yourself in those sentences, you might find this kind of coaching supportive.
