What Happens in a Session?

Sessions are conversational and spacious. There is no script, but there is structure. We usually begin by checking in with how you are arriving today, and what feels most important to explore.

Together, we might:

  • map out what’s currently on your mind,
  • notice patterns in how you respond or cope,
  • identify what you’d like more or less of in your life,
  • brainstorm small experiments you feel willing to try.

You’re always free to say if something doesn’t resonate, to pause a topic, or to shift focus. Coaching is a collaboration, not a lecture.

Is Coaching Right for Me?

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical support, and it isn’t suitable for every situation. It may be a good fit if you:

  • want space to think and reflect with someone neutral,
  • are curious about your patterns and choices,
  • feel ready to try small changes, even if you’re nervous,
  • value kindness and honesty more than quick fixes.
If you’re unsure, a short introductory call can help you decide. There’s no pressure to book further sessions.
